The specific content, format, duration and price of each product or service will be described on the relevant page before you purchase. By using this website or purchasing a product or service from LeadYMind, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The products are designed to provide knowledge, perspectives, tools and inspiration that you can explore and apply in your own life and circumstances. Different people may experience or interpret the same practice differently. There is no guarantee that a particular product, practice or approach will produce a particular personal, physical, professional or other outcome.

Educational, not medical

LEADYMIND™ provides educational, developmental and general wellbeing-oriented content. The information and practices provided through LEADYMIND™ are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, medical condition or mental health condition. LEADYMIND™ does not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a doctor, psychologist, physiotherapist or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Before completing a purchase, you will be shown the applicable product or service, price and relevant information. Prices will be stated in Danish kroner unless otherwise indicated. Payment is processed through the payment method made available at checkout. Once your order has been completed, you will receive confirmation of your purchase using the contact information you provided. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in prices, descriptions or other information displayed on the website.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically using the delivery method described on the relevant product page or in your order confirmation. Access is generally intended for the individual purchaser and may not be shared, copied, redistributed, resold or made available to others unless expressly permitted by LEADYMIND™. You may use purchased material for your own personal use, but you may not reproduce, publish, distribute or commercially exploit LEADYMIND™ materials without prior written permission.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing online as a consumer, you will generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable Danish consumer legislation. There are exceptions and special rules for certain services and digital content. For digital content that is supplied immediately after purchase, you may be asked to expressly consent to the delivery beginning before the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that this may mean that your right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins.
