I HAVE BEEN LIKE A
"SCIENTIST" IN A LAB
I have searched for answers by mixing and testing the ingredients of my life: the stories I inherited, the rules I never chose for myself, executive experiences that brought me questions about the leadership we see in this world & organizational structures that push the human operating systems to become machines walking in each other's footsteps.
What I discovered across my search for answers was how much people follow more than they lead. My notebook has been with me ever since I walked into the first boardroom & stood as a C-Level Executive at a young age. The door that opened was my curiosity about macro & micro patterns in human behavior & leadership.

Society often tells us there is one path. One box. One identity. But I discovered that I live and breath in exactly the opposite way. I have grown a unique language of knowledge from a multitude of disciplines. Exactly what makes me see the patterns across domains.
The discovery of these patterns has enabled me to design tools from a "language" that bridges body, mind, neurological patterns and leadership. My work is about giving you the tools to lead yourself, not as a project, but as a way of living.
